Obituary: Larry Lebeis
Larry Lebeis, 65, of Bloomer, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Bloomer.
Larry was born on July 22, 1950, to Roger and Helen (Rauscher) Lebeis in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. He was raised on a farm in Cornell with three siblings. He attended Cornell High School and graduated in 1968. He married Anita Beaulieu on April 4, 1972, at Holy Cross Church in Cornell. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and was stationed in Utah. Later in life, Larry was reunited with Karen McGlothlin, a former classmate, and they have been inseparable ever since.
Larry enjoyed spending time with his dog, Sheila Marie, and loved spoiling her. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, four‑wheeling, and most recently, going out on his pontoon. He loved the outdoors and was a devoted Packers and Badgers fan. Larry was known for his kindness and willingness to help others.
