Dave Craig

Class of 1979

Dave Craig (Class of '79) is Vice President of Human Resources for Lexington, KY-based Fazoli's Italian Restaurants. He has been employed at Fazoli's since 1994. Dave and his Fazoli's HR Team were honored at the 2012 American Business Awards in New York City in June, 2012 and won the gold "Stevie Award" for "Best Human Resources Department." Dave was also a finalist for the restaurant industry's SPIRIT Award in 2010 for innovative human resources practices and winner of the "People and Performance Award" sponsored by the Natinal Restaurant Association Education Foundation in 2005. Dave, his wife Chandra and their children Parker and Shelby reside in Lexington, KY.
