COOPER CITY HIGH SCHOOL OME OF THE COWBOYS 2008 REUNION CELEBRATION FOR THE CLASSES OF ‘73, ’74 & ‘75 Hello Again Everyone! August 22, 2008 We are excited to announce that plans for our 2008 Reunion Celebration on Friday Night - November 14th 2008 at the CCHS Homecoming Game and the Saturday Night - November 15th Gala, are coming together beautifully. Dust off your cowboy hats and get ready to don your red, black & white school colors on Friday night. Saturday night is “Denim & Diamonds,” so dress up your denim apparel with dazzles and accessories. Guys, combine your favorite sport coat with your dress-denim jeans and shirts. Our Saturday Night location has been determined; however there is a chance that we may outgrow the facility’s code capacity due to the growing attendance interest. So with that I would like to ask you to confirm your attendance by responding back to this Notification as soon as possible. When you confirm your attendance, please indicate whether or not you will be accompanied by another person. As soon as we get a tentative count, we will be able to determine the price for Saturday Night. A commitment was made in the first Reunion Notification that creative goals and ideas could keep costs reasonable, and that is a commitment we have been able to keep. The next notification will include finalized particulars, including a price total and requests for Committee Volunteers. We would also like to invite anyone who has a story they would like to share about “Their Firsts at CCHS” to let us know, as we will be preparing an entertainment agenda and would like to schedule a slot for anyone who would like to speak during our Saturday Night Event. Don’t be shy and we want to hear from the Class Presidents, people who were involved in School sports and clubs, ect. Because of time constraints, this will be the last Notification we will be sending to the master email list and future Updates will only be sent to those who have confirmed their attendance at Kim.Farrington@att.net This Notification and a list of those who have confirmed their attendance will be sent with the next Update. If someone you know has expressed interest in attending and you do not see their name on the list, please have them get in touch with me as soon as possible at kim.farrington@att.net as the more the merrier and we do not want to leave anyone out!!
