About Me | Mr. Frank is an experienced leader of non-profit organizations, currently serving as Executive Director and CEO of Collingwood Library and Museum on Americanism. He previously served as Executive Director of Friends of the Torpedo Factory Art Center. As a banker, he was Vice President, Business and Professional Banking for M&T Bank (formerly Provident Bank) and previously Vice President, Business Development and Community Affairs for 1st Service Bank. In the private corporate sector he was business and non-profit consultant with The Paul A. Frank Companies, President of Paul A. Frank Associates, Inc., a human resources firm, and Human Resources Director for the Boeing Company. Mr. Frank participates in several area chambers of commerce including Alexandria Chamber of Commerce (former Board member and Board Vice Chairman) Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce (former Board member and fund raising Gala Chair), Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce (Emcee/Auctioneer for Valor Awards and Foundation fund raisers), and Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce. Current community involvement includes Rotary Club of Alexandria (he is past President of Rotary Club of McLean), and McLean Orchestra (former President). Mr. Frank is a graduate of The George Washington University and attended The George Washington University Law School. He is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax Class of 2008 and holds Professional Fundraising certification with CFRE designation from the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce recognized Mr. Frank with the “President’s Award” for “exceptional contribution,” and subsequently the “Home Town Hero Award” for raising the largest amount for a single event in Chamber history. He was a Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce “Blue Diamond Award” nominee for his commitment to corporate citizenship. He received the “Harmony Award” for furthering the arts in the City of Alexandria. The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce honored him as “Chairman of the Year” for membership and program development. He was bestowed the title of “Plank Owner” and “Honorary Crew Member” of U.S.S. FIREBOLT for arranging the first commissioning of a U.S. vessel in the port of Alexandria.
