Men's silver Cooley High 1983 class ring been missing for over 10 years

Hi,
My name is Bruce and I currently live in Raleigh, NC. I moved here in January of 2008 from Farmington Hills, MI. I am an avid metal detectorist specializing in hunting Civil War artifacts. I was out one afternoon metal detecting in Shiawassee Park in Farmington last summer and located a class ring next to a large tree. It was about 6" deep in the ground. The ring is 10k gold mans ring, Class of 1990, Cooley High School, with the initials JCC within the band. The joy of knowing the owner will get his ring back will far outweigh the small amount of money I could get for the ring as scrap. I lost a college ring from Michigan State years ago and always wished someone would have found it and returned it to me. This is the next best thing.
