About Me	Went to Miami for a 5 year vacation (learned an expensive lesson) Served in the Navy for six years as an electronics technician. The "journey" led me to Illinois, Florida, Pennslyvania, Virginia, and while on my ship, the U.S.S. Kearsarge, Boston, Texas, Bahrain (twice) and I got to see the Suez canal, the gulf nations from the flight deck of my ship. Sandstorms are a lot worse than snow storms. I got married while in the Navy, myhusband and I have two boys who are 6 and 2. I am now in college full-time to complete my degree so I can attend grad school and finish what I have really wanted to do all these years. Joining the Navy was the way too pay for the rest of my degree. I haven't been back to maine in almost three years, for reasons I will not state on here...(read more)
