About Me	Work, work, work.......I currently have 3 jobs (can you say Workaholic???) 2007 - PRESENT: I graduated from Austin Schools of Massage and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since May 2009. I just opened my own massage business: Escape Massage & Spa! I'm super excited about my new business and love it but only work there part-time. I specialize in Swedish Massage and in Personalized Skin Care and Spa Treatments. 2008 - PRESENT: I'm also a BeautiControl Independent Consultant-Spa & Skin Care Specialist. "BC Spas~A Luxury Mobile Spa: We Bring the Spa Experience to YOU!" We are a Beauty company that specializes in: Spa Treatments, Personalized Skin Care & Anti-Aging Products...Through an at-home Spa experience. This is more fun than "work" though! In this business, whenever I go to work I always end up at a Spa....! =) 2005 - PRESENT: Days Inn Austin Crossroads - My 3rd job, of which I continue to work at while I'm still growing my new business, is as a Hotel Front Desk Manger in Austin, TX. My previous work experiences: From 1998 - 2006: GNC - I was a Store Manager/Supervisor at GNC in Houston,TX. From 1996 - 1998: The Carpet Clinic - I worked as an Office Manager in Humble, TX (Houston). It wasn't my favorite job by far, but it paid the bills and it helped me out as I was relocating to the Houston area. From 1995 - 1996: The Berry Company (BellSouth) - Shortly after high school I moved to Birmingham, AL and worked as an Advertising Sales Representative for the Berry Company. We sold advertising in the "Real" Yellow Pages for a 5 State Region. During my Senior Year of High School From 1993 - 1994: I worked as a Nursing Assistant at the Ashtabula County Medical Center in Ashtabula, OH. The program I was in out at Vo-Ed was the Diversified Health Occupations class, and during our senior year my class was a Co-Op program. So we went to school 1/2 day and went to work the other 1/2. It was great training and a lot of fun too! My very first job was the Summer before Senior year,1993: I was a Records Assistant at the Conneaut Police Department...(read more)
