Mary (Koch) Silverberg is a home-maker, mother of six children, and author: "Reflections on Childhood Diabetes (A Mother's Story of Hope & Encouragement)". My three boys all have juvenile diabetes, and they are the inspiration for my book. So much of what I had read on the subject was discouraging or offered poor parenting advice that I desired to write a book that would offer good, sound, practical help and moreover be uplifting and encouraging. "Reflections on Childhood Diabetes" is the ful-fillment of my dream. It chronicles my emotional struggles and triumphs with the disease and shares devotional thoughts, as well as many tips learned from my experience in caring for my boys.
