| About Me | I worked on horse farm for 1 year at Tanglewood in NC, then was a respiratory Therapist for 2 years. I decided to go back to school after my BA because there was a "teacher crunch" and there were no jobs. I completed my ADN then started a family and raised 3 children while getting my BSN and Masters in Nursing with the intention of teaching. I have worked in nursing for 42 years including some clinical teaching, ICU, CCU, general surgery and PACU Trauma (post anethesia care unit nurse. I married my third husband this past year and we live on Johns Island near Charleston,South Carolina. I retired from SC this year and we moved to the Cape. I just started a job with the VNA of South Coast. I moved back to SC to fix my home that was damaged by the renters so I worked for 2 years in a PACU (1 year) and teaching for Charleston Southern University a BSN program and a very good one.
