| About Me | College Roger Williams R.I. Worked as a design draftsman several years designing Nuclear Plants. Then became a non-degreed Design Engineer for the Navy. Designed Torpedoes and Missles. Joined the Navy for one term as an Aviation Tech. for Antisub jets, working on the flight deck of the USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier. After that hitch got hired as a Aerospace Tech. at Kennedy Space Center on Space Shuttle Payloads and sattelites. After the Challenger blew up they moved me to their Quality Assurance side of the house as well as some others so they would have their top experienced people doing the check outs. After 10 years of that went to Cape Canaveral as Aerospace Quality Assurance for Atlas/Centaur rockets launching Sattelites. Got offered a job as a Design Engineer again after working the rockets for about six years and took them up on it. Unfortunately that didn't pan out as the company went bankrupt after a year, so I got my old job back at the Cape.
