Billy died unexpectedly of unknown causes. He was a lifelong resident of Concord and perhaps the proudest Veteran I ever knew! He will be missed!!

Billy was a great guy!
I knew him all his life, and worked with him most of his life.
I would have to have a 1000 pages to write about the things we did in his lifetime!
I will always miss you Bill!
