Myra was originally in the 1952 class with her brother, Robert E. Purvis. She attented school for two months before becoming sick and missed the rest of the school year. Finished the following year, in 1953. She enjoyed attending both reunions. Miss Myra was the mother of three children. Jeannie Marie, 1960-1964, Melanie, class of 1984, and Daryl, (1973-2001) class of 1989.
