About Me	After high school I went to Washington University in St. Louis; worked in fine wine marketing in St. Louis for a year after graduating; moved to Chicago and worked in advertising; met and married John; took a sabbatical and did volunteer work in Costa Rica and Guatemala; returned to Chicago and started working as a freelance database programmer; moved to Portland and continued freelance work; started writing; had a little girl, Grace, July 2005; finished first novel; continue working/writing at home.
