About Me	Entered into the field of Advertising and Marketing working for Transwestern Yellow Pages and Brehm Communications Inc serving as the sales manager for The Folsom Telegraph newspaper and eventually launching a new newspaper in El Dorado Hills. I transferred to the Monterey Bay area to serve as the General Manager/Advertising Director for the Register Pajaronian for a year and Director of Advertising for the Gannett Co. for five years managing all advertising operations for the Salinas based newspaper consisting of The Salinas Californian, Business 101, Family Time, INK, Your Health, North Salinas Index, South County Index, Off 68 and El Sol. After five years of service with Gannett I was appointed to the role of Vice President of Advertising & Marketing with the Monterey County Herald/Media News Group who purchased the majority of the Knight-Ridder papers after the company was forced to liquidate by its shareholders.
