| About Me | I'm a member of the Crossroads Community Band, so I get to play my French horn every week again, in addition to the three or four times a year I play with Blasmusik Texas, the Texas All-State German Band. In 2002, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. So far, the progress is slow. I'm learning that we can, to a large extent, enhance our physical state, which greatly impacts our mental state. I practice yoga, ride my bicycle, and go to physical therapy three times a week.
