About Me	Was an assistant track coach at the high school on and off for about twenty years (we won the state championship in 1975), assisted Ray McCarty, Pork McCarty, and Mark Droege and coached the Columbia B-Team in football for twelve years (we won the Red Rose League as undefeated champs in, I think, 1991), practiced Isshinryu karate for about twenty years and had my own school at Millersville University for six years, went to college and got two degrees.
