About Me	I was a Recreational Therapist for children with behavioral problems in Columbia for 4 years then move to Denver where I met my future husband in 1979. He was from beautiful Marin County, north of SF, connected by the Golden Gate. We moved there and it was magic! We ended up buying a fixer upper in the Napa Valley, north of Marin, and remodeled two houses. Husband was a bldg contractor... I founded and was Director of two very well respected statewide farmers markets in the Napa Valley for ten years. It received country-wide acclaim, to my delight, unsolicited. Martha Stewart wanted to come twice, plus Alice Waters, etc. Featured in NY Times, Sunset mag, USA Today, on CNN, bay area tv shows, on Smithsonian tours, etc...We had a baby girl in 1989, and she is a delight, a beauty, an athlete, and a scholar, and so kind! I am very proud of her. She attended UC Irvine in So CA, then a year in Barcelona, now in SF, and plans to finish up in London! Whew! I am enjoying her close by 50 miles south of me in SF! I was extremely involved in her schooling, from preschool thru HS, putting together educational programs, fundraiser chairs, program chair, on Boards, and volunteering in any way I could.
