Favorite School Memory	I don't have a particular “favorite” memory, but when I think of good times at CCHS it always involves my friends Bob, George, Roy, Joe and Randy.
About Me	I graduated from Siena Heights College in 1985 with a BA in Psychology and Philosophy (double major), and in 2004 I received an MBA from Spring Arbor University. Shortly after graduation from Siena, I began working at Jackson-Hillsdale Community Mental Health where I was employed as a Case Management Supervisor for nearly ten years. Most recently, I worked as the Director of Development for the Cascades Humane Society. While at the Humane Society, I coordinated the capital campaign that raised $1.5 to build the new Pet Adoption Center on Carmen Drive in Jackson, Michigan. Currently, I am employed at the United Way of Jackson County where I coordinate the Full Circle Initiative. Full Circle is a community initiative that brings together community leaders and stakeholders to examine social issues such as Juvenile Justice, Substance Abuse Prevention and Healthy Marriages/Families. This initiative develops strategies for addressing these issues and develops grant funding for programs. Since 2004, when I took leadership of Full Circle, this initiative has received just slightly less than $2 million in new funds for youth, prevention and family strengthening activities. I currently serve on the Safe and Drug Free Schools Advisory Board, Jackson Public School’s Consolidated School Health Council, Jackson County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition, Big Brother Big Sisters’ “Children of Promise Excel” Steering Committee, Jackson County Mentoring Collaborative, Michigan Prisoner Reentry Initiative Steering Committee, Jackson Youth Partnership, and the Jackson County Juvenile Justice Collation.
