It's Paul Floyd Leaird. Spent his life in the military serving out country spending time from the height of the Viet Nam to spend 30 years before retirement.
He passed away in the home of his last post and place of retirement, in Wisconsin with his wife.
He had no children.
He was very active in organizing local events from rebuilding parks and bettering the city. He was also an elected member of the local government.
He was a good man and brother.
