Raul is a graduate from UCR and Claremont Graduate University. He is truly dedicated and student-driven educator and administrator. I have known Raul for several years and have seen him improve as a professional and become a true asset to our district. Raul came to our district in 1996 as a social Studies teacher at CVHS. Then became a Student Facilitator and later on an Assistant Pricipal at CVHS . In 2003 he moved on to open our new High School, Desert Mirage. He was there as an Assistan Principal for 4 years. Last year he became the new principal at Toro Canyon Middle School. He has developed and maintained an excellent rapport with his staff at CVHS, DMHS and now at Toro Canyon Middle School. He creates a school ambiance conducive to student learning.
