About Me	Retired Army Officer (Major), with 21 year’s service (4 yrs in Military Intelligence, 17 years in the Adjutants General Corps); had 8 Function Codes (MOS’s) Communications Officer, Combat Intelligence Staff Officer, Intelligence Analyst, Psychological Operations Officer, Personnel Administration Officer, Personnel Management Officer, Army Club Management Officer, Executive Club Management Officer and Contracting and Procurement to include Small Purchases, Contracting Officer and Installation Level Procurement. Vietnam War Veteran ‘72-‘73 and also 3 Yrs in Germany and 2 yrs in Korea with TDY (Temporary Duty) to Thailand and the Philippines. Married 54 years to Cynthia Ann Schroeder of Livonia, an RN like her mother who taught knitting and crocheting at the Old Village Yarn Shop in Plymouth for 21 years. Our daughter, Loretta (Lora), is a working Nurse at Henry Ford in West Bloomfield and has 3 sons ages 18, 21 and 24. I am a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) POST 6695 (past commander of VFW Post 6695 in Plymouth and Post 9885 in Westland) and currently serving my 6th time as Community Service Director for the Department of Michigan VFW. I am a Life Member of Vietnam Veterans Association (VVA) Chapter 528 in Plymouth, a 43 yr member of American Legion Post 32 in Livonia, Life Member of DAV Post 114 in Livonia, Life Member of 82nd Airborne Association Wolverine Chapter, Life Member of Association of the U.S. Arrmy (AUSA) Detroit Chapter, Life Member of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) Detroit Chapter, Charter Member of the Westland Veterans Association and have served on the Wayne Westland Veterans Parade Council since 2004. If you google Library of Congress Tebor Collection you’ll find two interviews with me for the Oral History Project, one is by John Glenn High School in n Westland, MI and the other is by Plymouth, MI History Museum. I donated my extensive collection of Vietnam War Propaganda Leaflets and other PSYOP/PSYWAR memorabilia to the National Vietnam War Museum in Weatherford, TX in May 2022.
