Retired in 2002 following over 35 years in SC Army National Guard and US Army, including over 20 on active duty. Recalled in 2004 and served an additional 26 monhts, reitring in 2007.

Sgt John B. Parrish
Class of 1982
Army, 20+ Years
Sgt Parrish just completed 24 years of military service which 3 yars consisted of being deloyed in 2002 for 1 year to Afghanistan, and then in 2003 - 2004 he deployed to Iraq and then again back over in 2006 back to Iraq and I am proud of him for what he has accomplished. He graduated Clinton High School in 1982 and then went on to be a police officer for the town of Clinton. Thanks to the best Sgt in the world for helping to keep us safe. I love you.
