We realize that garage door problems do arise and not always when convenient, therefore we make ourselves available for you when YOU need us! We have knowledgeable friendly staff who make themselves available for our customers 24/7/365. EXTENSIVE INVENTORY Our field service trucks carry an extensive inventory with many parts so we can quickly remedy most door and opener issues. We work with all major brands in the industry including the Clopay Garage Door and Entry Door lines, Liftmaster brand of garage door openers, as well as Access Specialties access control systems, Pelco and Bosch surveillance cameras and DVRs, Electric Power Door (EPD) and Door Engineering (DEMCO) four-fold doors, and others. Most of our customers initially come in as a referral from a satisfied customer. When we succeed in satisfying their desires, we begin a long-term relationship. LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS Even when our customers leave the Twin Cities, we still maintain that close relationship. We now are serving the children of some of our early customers - proof that relationship marketing works. When Ole and Lena’s Garage Door Service first started business 20 years ago, we went looking for customers. Through pricing, professionalism, and the determination to get the job done right, we were able to pass the test. These customers have kept Ole and Lena’s Garage Door Service growing steadily over the years by returning many times over and referring their friends as well.
