About	Joel Victor Cuenco Resident of Roseville Joel Cuenco, 41, passed away peacefully in Sacramento on February 17, 2010 surrounded by his wife and siblings, after fighting a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was born on November 6, 1968 in the Philippines and shortly moved to the U.S. at the age of 2. Joel was a resident of Concord for 27 years prior to moving to Henderson, Nevada and his current residence in Roseville, CA. He was a graduate of Clayton Valley High School. He received his Bachelor's degree from Hayward State and Master's degree in Business Administration. Joel was a Director of Financial Services at Heald Business College in Roseville. Joel was an avid sports fan who had a collected sports memorabilia throughout the years. He was a family man who devoted much of his time and energy as a husband to his wife for 16 years and a father to 5 beautiful children. Joel will always be remembered as a great son, husband, father, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Joel is survived by his loving wife Vilma Cuenco; his children Jasmine, Vanessa, Jessica, Vincent, and Janelle; his mother and father Victoria and Jose Cuenco; mother-in-law Maxima Gutierrez; his siblings and their spouses Joven and Bernadette Cuenco, and Sheri and BJ Talusik; nephews Jared, Jaelen, Joseph, and Jordan; great nephew Jeremy; grandmothers Juana Cuenco and Juanita Cuenco; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at Ouimet Bros. Concord Funeral Chapel, 4125 Clayton Road, Concord. Visitation commencing at 5:00 p.m. with a 6:00pm Vigil on Monday, Feb. 22, 2010 at St. Bonaventure's Church, 5562 Clayton Road, Concord. Funeral Liturgy will be Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 at 11:00am at St. Bonaventure's Church. Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Lafayette.
