About	Steve Sloneker Obituary Steve Sloneker, 75, of Sonora, passed away Nov. 12, 2020, from complications during surgery. He's survived by his wife, Monica Sloneker, and son, Steven Daniel Sloneker, of Stockton. Steve has one grandson, Lucas Fristad Sloneker, from Greeley Hill. Steve was preceded in death by his sister, Lynn Fitzgerald, of Bethel Island, and by his mother, Ruth Sloneker, and father, Daniel Sloneker, of Pacheco, California. Steve worked for the Bureau of Reclamation at the New Melones Dam as a high voltage electrician and, when retired, worked for the Twain Harte School District at Twain Harte Elementary School in maintenance. He was an active member and former Humbug of the Clampers Chapter 1849 and active member of the Moose Lodge in Sonora. A memorial will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at the Sonora Moose Lodge, 20921 Longeway Road, Sonora. Food will be served. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
