About	Sept. 28, 1952 April 29, 2016 A Celebration of Life for Elizabeth "Betti" Kwasnicki, 63, of Vacaville, will be 6 p.m., Friday, May 6, at Bethany Lutheran Church, 621 S. Orchard Ave. in Vacaville. Betti passed away peacefully on the morning of April 29, surrounded by her family. Betti was born in Oakland on Sept. 28, 1952, to Lewis and Helena Bish. She was raised in Concord. Betti is survived by her beloved husband, Mike; daughters, Colleen, Jennifer and Jessica; grandchildren, Maya and Eli; and brothers, Paul and Michael. She is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
