About Me	Short version: * 3 kids * 3 cats * 3 score years * 3 main interests: reading, needlework/crafts and computer games * 3 fixes: carpel tunnel, torn stuff in left knee and cataracts on both eyes. Now I can see and do stuff again! Yay! ### Mother of three, all on facebook, two of whom have hounded, oops, urged me to get with it and sign up. Jenny has just finished seminary at MTSO and plans to pursue a PhD "soon". Check her site for more details. Christy is very active in music, music, music....band and ensembles mostly--for now. Check her site for more info and think of who paid for all those instruments and music lessons! lol Jeff lives with me. He and Christy are diagnosed schizophrenics. She manages pretty well on her own. Jeff needs a bit more structure from outside. I have three cats as of now. Sarah was Christy's cat, but needed more attention and TLC than Christy's busy life could provide so I now have this very large (18+ lb) brown tabby underfoot. Emma is a 3 year old calico Jeff chose from the Humane Society a year ago. She is very slender and elegant. Madd Maxx came into our lives this past winter as "Outdoor Cat" only to procede to the level of "Basement Cat" after arriving with a badly infected abscess. Our vet took care of the abscess, ear mites, a huge population of fleas, screened him for infections and deprived him of his "naughty bits". After additional quarantine, flying fur and fury, and much feline profanity, he is now an upstairs cat with a name who "takes" timeouts in the basement. I enjoy puns, laughing and find there is usually something funny in even the toughest times--because people are people and it is too easy to take everything too seriously too much of the time.
