| About Me | Many did not know I have epilepsy, I worked with children who have epilepsy and deal with it socially. My husband and I visited Ireland and met my husband's relatives. We have lived in Florida for 5 yrs. We raised two fine men, one of who is in the Air Force. We have raised over $6,000.00 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. We have a spaghetti dinner each year prior to the Night Out Night Parade in Pleasant Hills for all the motorcyclist participating in the parade. I have received the Governors Award for Citizenship. I am the mom of two Eagle Scouts. While in Florida I owned horses and did barrel races. Not bad for a city girl. Sold several paintings. Have competed in and won pumpkin carving contest at Jefferson Hospital. Retired to Linesville PA and am President of Chamber of Commerce, started a Lighted Christmas Tractor Parade to help...(read more) |
