| About Me | I am a Chief Nurse Practitioner who works in-patient hospital for a local clinic. I make rounds admitting, discharging and writing progress notes, prescriptions for our patients. I am the current chair person for the ASNA legislative committee at the State level. I am the local Vice President of the ASNA District4. I was the past Vice President of the Bay Area Nurse Practitioner Association. I am a member of BANPA and NPAA. I am a board member of Healthspring. I am a member of ASNA and AANP. I am a member of the National Nurses Honor Society, Sigma Theta Tau International since 2003. I am on the advisory board for Herzig University. I am a DNP prepared NP Clinical Scholar. As a practicing Scholar, I am able to use my knowledge to generate evidence through practice to guide improvements in the quality of healthcare.
