| About Me | College as discussed. Taught and Coached AT CIRCLE HIGH SCHOOL for 5 years, then loan officer and insurance agent for a BANK in NW Kansas prior to buying my own P&C insurance Agency in Smith Center, Kansas. Moved to Hays these past 40+ years to make sure oldest daughter got to play tennis in High School and she went to State all four years, State Champ, etc., and I've been blessed to officiate all these years or 52 years in a row, and 33 of them varsity basketball from Class 5A and down in W/2 of Kansas mostly. Also, I have been a tv announcer for many games viewed on SHPTV (PBS)-Bunker Hill, Ks: 6-man, 8-man, 11-man football, many class 1A state basektball games for some 20 years, and over 40 years a Special Olympics basketball referee. Decade of 1990's, was blessed to be West Camp Director of Kansas Shrine Bowl when located in Hyas. Volunteer work for Special Olympics, WEST Camp of Kansas Shrine Bowl, Rotary Club Officer & Volunteer for Fund Raisers keeps the activities high, memories long, and done some TV sports broadcasting as well for SHPTV in the past including 5 in a row 8--man State Championship Games.
