Chuck Wimberly, the son of Harold and Elsie Wimberly grew up as part of a farming family in Church Point, Louisiana.
As the President of Goldbelt Raven, LLC, in Herndon, Virginia, senior executive Elliott Wimberly oversees nearly 1,200 employees with a budget over $160 million. In this role, Mr. Wimberly functions as the company’s lead strategist, working simultaneously to foster quality relationships with corporate and governmental bodies while also stimulating profitability. Recently, Mr. Wimberly occupied the role of Interim President and CEO of Goldbelt Raven’s parent company, Goldbelt, Inc., in Juneau, Alaska, a conglomerate corporation with assets in the tourism, real estate and federal contracting sectors. During this time, his management contributed to the company’s status as one of Alaska’s top 49 companies. Prior to his current position, Elliott Wimberly served as Goldbelt’s Corporate Vice President of Business Development where he directed several companies within the Goldbelt portfolio. Mr. Wimberly has extensive experience in federal government contracting and representing Native American interest on Capital Hill. Elliott has held a Top Secret security clearance with the US Government since 1979. and was elected to Who's Who In The World in 1993.
Elliott Wimberly previously provided his skills and services to a number of organizations, including New Orleans-based SCIAX Defense Technologies as Vice President of United States Sales and WIMCO, Ltd., as the company’s President and CEO. As a result of his training in international sales, business development, marketing, and government relations, both organizations saw significant economic growth during Mr. Wimberly’s tenure. Notably, he also held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Government Relations at GF Private Equity Group in Durango, Colorado. In this role, he produced over $150 million in acquisitions and developed a robust professional network across four continents.
As a Foreign Service Officer for the United States Department of State, Elliott Wimberly garnered extensive international experience through assignments in Izmir, Turkey; Tehran, Iran; Cairo, Egypt; and Baghdad, Iraq. Mr. Wimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Friends University of Wichita, Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Chemistry from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.
