About Me	I didn't get to walk to line with all the other 1988 graduates. I had to go to summer school to pick up those last few credits. I finally got my credits (and diploma) and left school in Dec of 88 to serve in the US Army. After basic training I got stationed at Ft Campbell. (I had to be the only soldier in the Army who lived with his mother.) I married Vonda in May of 89 and she has been at my side ever since. I spent 90 and 91 serving in Iraq during operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield. After my enlistment I returned to Ky Tech and found myself working as an electricain at Bardcor and eventually Popfastner. After working at Popfastner for 5 years I was aproached by our plant Manager and asked if I would be willing to build, startup and manage a new facility that Black & Decker (our parent company) will be opening in the area.
