Registration will be on first come/first serve basis, with deadline date to register of June 1, 2013. No registration will be guaranteed without pre-payment and pre-registration. (Beer/Wines/Liquors - Enjoy Appetizers & Vegetable platters provided. Evening activities tentatively include: 6:00PM - 10:00PM - Silent Auction & Raffle: Memorial Fundraiser - All proceeds to the Chillicothe Alumni Scholarship Fund in memory of our departed classmates. NOTE: WE NEED AUCTION ITEMS/DONATIONS - Classmates are requested and encouraged to make donations for Silent Auction Items - ALL DONATIONS ARE Welcomed & Encouraged. Please contact Susan Ratcliffe. Door Prizes: Announcements made throughout the night to give all a chance to participate. Special "Large Item" Raffle: TENTATIVE AT THIS TIME - Raffle Item to be Announced - $10.00 per ticket (*) Photographer: WHIT STREICHER - We plan to schedule candid photos throughout the evening, with a Photo Booth or Photo Corner for Couples &/or Group shots, with price sets available to order online, post-reunion. There will be a Class Photo, at 8:15PM SHARP!!! see below. (*) 7:00PM - 8:15PM - - DINNER - Buffet Style catered by POLISHED COMFORT, by Nate & Cari Porter-Steinbrook. MENU INCLUDES: Bakery Rolls & Butter, Garden Salad; Chicken Breast & Slow Roasted Pulled Pork; Roasted Potatoes; Garlic Fresh Green Beans & California Veggie Medley, and Fresh Baked Dessert Variety.
