Served aboard USS Shangri-la as petty officer (Yeoman) in charge of administration in opeartions office on an aircraft carrier. Biggest thrill was getting to fly off the ship with a pilot.

Received direct commission as first lieutenant, US Army in April 1973. Served as Admin & Personnel Officer in various posts to include seven years in Belgium and two years as Assistant Professor of French, US Military Academy (West Point). Retired at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA in Apr 1993.

I spent three years in England at RAF Mildenhall as a wideband telecommunications controller, after that was stationed at FT George Meade, MD NSA as a telecommunications systems specialist for five years until my discharge.

Started my career in the 82nd Airborne division as a Parachute Rigger Then on to the 11th Special Forces Group.after 11 years airborne switched to Logistics. Finishing my career as the Senior Logistics manager for the 327th Quartermaster Battaion which had units that were key in the first and second gulf war I retired after 22 years of service and reside in Williamsport PA and assist Veterans in obtaining employment.
