Army Petroleum Center Employee of the Quarter!

It is my distinct pleasure to announce CW3 Twana Chapman as the next APC Employee of the Quarter.

CW3 Chapman is an invaluable asset to the APC Operations Team. She established a Strategic Readiness Platform analysis tool to analyze and reduce fuel inventory gaps which is instrumental to assessment of installation fuel levels during supply chain disruptions or contingency deployment operations. Chief Chapman also took the lead to prepare for and host the monthly Army POL Huddle which provides the field with strategic, operational and tactical level updates addressing POL operations. CW3 Chapman also provided Strategic level support to III Corps and 13th ESC during Warfighter Exercise 17-3. Her interactions with both teams helps to create a realistic training environment and provided valuable lessons to improve future Warfighter Exercises. In addition she continues to support the APC Quality Team with their efforts to track Petroleum Quality Analysis System -Enhanced (PQAS-E) mobile tactical petroleum laboratory issues. The PQAS-E labs provide tactical level POL testing capability that directly supports the Warfighter during garrison, exercise and contingency operations.
