About Me	“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” because of MS...I stutter, stumble, fall, go numb, forget, hurt, cry and fear rejection - but I will always be ME! Don't judge me that's God's job not yours! I have done many things in my life, some I'm very proud of and others I look at as a learned mistake. NO one is perfect, not everyone is going to like each other and get along but it is the way that it is handled that counts. I live 1000 miles away from where I grew up. Things and people here are not the same as back home but it just makes them different, not right or wrong. I have learned that family is what you make it. I have no blood realitives here in Iowa but there are many here that I call family. I am loud and have a comanding voice (one that carries) that is not always controlled, I often say what is on my mind, speak before i think it through and often brutally honest. I tend to ask questions until I understand, I repete myself often without realizing that I am, I generally know if I like someone within minutes of meeting them but that does not mean that I can't get along with them or work with them. If you want to know something about me just ask, do not assume. I find that I am very approachable by many and often total strangers just come up to me to talk/chat (my daughter finds this very weird!). My greatest accomplishment was becoming a parent.
