About Me	Born in Cairo, IL to Charles M & Mary E McKenzie. Have a brother, Charles B, and a sister, JoAnne Brawn. Raised in Chester, IL. where I married my high school sweetheart, Sharon Venable, before heading off to college at SIU-E. Finished my education at St. Louis College of Pharmacy with BS degree in Pharmacy. Started working as a pharmacist at Southtown Pharmacy in St Louis Hills and continued there until 1988 when I moved to my current position with Williams Pharmacy in University City. Lived in apartments in Edwardsville, IL then moved to Affton, MO (two places there) then bought our first home (condo) in Shrewsbury, MO. Moved to Imperial, MO where we currently reside in a semi-rural subdivision. Sharon and I have shared our lives with cats (mixed breed to begin with) all our married life. In 1992, we added an Italian Greyhound and began showing dogs that same year. We aquired our second IG about a year later. Aquired our first pet pedigree cat (Cornish Rex) in 1989. Became interested in occasionaly showing shortly thereafter. Started INRxS Cornish Rex cattery in 1994 and have bred and exhibited Cornish Rex regularly ever since. Aquired our first Sphynx in 2005 and have "dabbled" in that breed concurrent with our ongoing interest in CRex.
