About Me	I am retired and living in Texas. I started my career with the Illinois Department of Corrections (1970 to 1974) Was a Emergency Services Coordinator for the Peoria area mental Health Center (1974 to 1979) A Career in Law Enforcement from 1980 to 2013 Patrol, SWAT Team. Hostage Negotiator, Lieutenant and Bureau Commander. Spent the last ten years of my career working for the Department of Justice, Department of Defense and Department of State in Iraq, South Sudan in Africa and in Afghanistan as an International Law Enforcement Advisor. My focus during these years was nation building, justice and rule of law. I have been in 30 countries around the world. It is good to be home.
