Thomas Rascher (Tommy) passed away April 14, 2017 in Pasadena, Maryland. Tom was born in Rockville, Maryland on January 27, 1995. He attended Chesapeake High School in Pasadena Maryland. Tommy loved family, friends, animals, the outdoors and the element of surprise. He often cared for animals in need, those he befriended, and he wanted nothing more than to see happiness in others. Tom lived life to the fullest, and was fearless in his quest for happiness for himself and those around him. He had a smile that would light up the world, a smirk that gave away his mischievousness, and a heart that was open to everyone. Tom is watching over his family in Maryland, older brother Joseph (Joey), younger sister Julie, father Michael, and mother Samantha, and his family in Texas, younger brothers Bruce and Brad and mother Shari, as well as a large group of family and friends.
