About	as he was known to most of us from the first assembly, class trip or forced visits to his office. Mr T earned the respect from most of us and others he truly commanded with his physical presence. He was truly a gift to the students and faculty at CHE. I visited with Mr T a little over a year ago, and usually stopped in every couple of years since graduation to share the changes in my life, and to see how the culture of high school has changed. As always he was putting out a fire or setting some student or parent straight. I asked him how he manages to deal with the stresses of day in day out excuses and parental protection. Answer: Practice...many many years of practice... that a sense of humor and the ability to act. I think we all knew MrT wanted nothing more than to see all of succeed in our lives and to be the best at what we chose to do. His memory will always stick with me as person who was always there to offer words of encouragement even if at the time I did not truly understand their full meaning. I thank him for his presence in my life and wish his family and close ones much peace during this time.
