Joel C. Becker
Class of 1974
Joel graduated Cherry Hill High School East in 1974. He then attended Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science (Now Univesity of the Sciences in Philadelphia) and received a BS in Pharmacy in 1979. He did his internship at North Broward Hospital in Pompano Beach Florida. He now resides with his wife, the former Cindy Sue McCall in Columbia, SC. They have one married daughter, Tiffany Wood, of Fayetteville, NC. She is married to Caleb Wood who is serving with the military in Iraq. Joel has received a certificate from the college of pharmacy for serving his communities for over 25 years as a pharmacist. He has received several pharmacy service rewards, such as Rite-Aid's customer service pharmacist of the year in 1994, and HealthSouth's clinical employee of the quarter in 2000. He is currently practicing pharmacy at a large reginal hospital in Columbia, SC (Palmetto Health Richland), and is a candidate for his PharmD degree from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. Joel owes his work and education effort to his teachers and friends at Cherry Hill High School East
