Frank Bayer was named Vice President of the Program Division Claims November 2003, responsible for program claims oversight for all losses from ACE Westchester Program Division produced business including direct staff handled claims as well as those managed by various third party administrator’s. Frank served as AVP and Claims Manager for Program Division Claims as well as Property Claims Superintendent, Catastrophe Manager and as Residential, Agribusiness and Inland Marine Claims Manager in previous roles with the company. Prior to joining ACE, Frank was the Claims Manager of the Green Tree Group and also held various claims management and field adjuster roles with the Fireman’s Fund, the Pennsylvania FAIR Plan and Wausau Insurance Companies. Frank also was a General Adjuster for a Philadelphia based independent and was once employed as a licensed Private Investigator specializing in insurance fraud cases. Frank is a former New Jersey Marine Police Officer and is retired from the US Navy Reserve where he served with the surface fleet, submarine forces and the Seabees. While with the Navy, Frank was twice awarded the Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal by the Secretary of the Navy and was also selected as Naval Reserve Career Counselor of the Year. Frank holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. Frank holds the RPA professional designation and is certified as a Fire Cause and Origin Investigator. Frank resides in New Jersey.
