About Me	After college at DU, I flew for the Navy/retired from the Reserves, flew for Northwest Airlines and finally Delta Air Lines after the merger. I spent six years as the Captain representative for the 2,200 pilots based in Detroit. A great experience even though NWA bankruptcy occurred. A first marriage that never quite fit, but three children that did in my life. In 2017 a great granddaughter. A great second marriage since 1992. In 2015 I was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma and as of 2025 in my third remission. In 2023 we moved from our forever home in Sedalia to southern Oregon as the cancer was not responding to treatment and my wife wanted to move home to Oregon and a home on the river. Great advancements in lymphoma treatment since my diagnosis have kept me ahead of the curve. We travel extensively, all seven continent...(read more)
