About Me	I have, since elementary school taken most of my meals in my room, standing up at my desk with a cup of coffee "to save time." In the sixth grade, I went into business breeding Dalmatian mice, which I sold to a pet shop in Little Tokyo. I started buying real estate in my early teens and seemed to have an almost preternatural understanding of international finance. I negotiated the purchase of my father 's summerhouse on Eagle's Island. I was adopted at age two and my father has always noted this when introducing me. I was a playwright, and won a Braverman Grant in the ninth grade. My brother and I ran away from home one winter and camped out in the African wing of the public archives. We shared a sleeping bag and survived on crackers and root beer. Four years later I disappeared alone for two weeks and came back with half a finger missing. I have also been a champion tennis player since the third grade. I turned pro and won the U. S. Nationals three years in a row. I kept a studio in the corner of the ballroom but have failed to develop as a painter.
