Army, 20+ Years
Served in B Btry 189th FA Bn, 45th Inf Div, for 6+ years before being commissioned in the Regular Army. Served in Field Arty, Armor, Armored Cavalry & Infantry assignments in US, Japan, Korea, Vietnam (2 yrs), Italy & Germany...33 yrs total. I would do it all over again.

I was a carrier aviator. My last Navy job was the commissioning crew for the USS Nimitz. I flew 208 combat missions in SE Asia. I retired in 1979 from an Offutt AFB unit (joint service) at Bellevue, NE.
