About Me	I went to California for college and stayed for 17 years. After undergrad, I worked as an EMT in Los Angeles for two years and then went to law school. I practiced commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation at a giant firm in downtown LA. I met my husband there. We married in 2001 on the beach in Malibu and then quit our jobs and left LA. We backpacked around the world for 5 months before settling in Fort Collins Colorado where we've been for the past 7 years. We have 4 kids--ages 6, 4, 3 and 8 months. I continued to work full time until about 2 years ago when I went on mommy sabbatical. I am going to start work again very part time this fall. ...(read more)
