Unexpectedly, on Thursday, November 2, 2017. Beloved son of Louis and Catherine (Kinzler) Gangone; brother of Danielle Gangone (Tyler Strohmeyer); grandson of Julia Gangone; also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sergeant Gangone, a decorated U.S. Army Veteran, served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in the 17th Military Police Detachment, 4th Battalion, 10th Infantry Regiment, 171st Infantry Brigade. He went on to work as a contractor for The U.S. Department of State in Iraq and Afghanistan. Michael was an active person who enjoyed working out and running, and had a love for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
