Age 73, of Dayton, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 16, 1943 to parents Joseph and Mae (Hart) Jasper. Rita had worked in banking as a Mortgage Loan Officer and then held many positions over the years in other fields. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She loved her cats and enjoyed sewing, reading and puzzles. Rita is survived by her brother, Joseph (Edris) Jasper Jr.; good friend, George Meloy; nieces & nephews, Ann, Jeff, Mary & Eric; great-nieces & nephews, Carolynn, Nathan, Emma, Jasper & Silas; and son, Kevin Martorana. She was preceded in death by her parents.
