Beloved husband of Linda Murdoch (Bennett); loving father of Michael (Maria) Murdoch and Timothy (Kathryn) Murdoch; pap-pap of Brianna, Gabriella, Michael and Reagan; brother of Buckley and the late Robert and William. Brian was past commander of the VFW and American Legion of Bridgeville. He also served in the Army Special Forces from 1967-1969 and was a loyal and devoted employee and fan to Peters Township School District.
