Son of Shay (Chris) Kochin and Walter Halley, Jr.; brother of Joseph and Bailey Kochin; grandson of Butch and Patty Houy; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Dakota died in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 79 in North Strabane, near the Canonsburg exit.
